Materials
We design & create jewellery that you will treasure forever. The emphasis is firmly on giving you beautiful items of an outstanding quality & finish. We use only the finest materials to create our designs including Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, gemstones and high-quality glass beads. Our tiaras are made with silver or gold plated wires on flexible, comfortable bases. Unless otherwise specified, all jewellery is finished in sterling silver. Most jewellery items can also be made in gold-fill (sterling silver gold-plated), 9ct or 14ct gold and quotes are available on request.
We are always true to our designs but please remember that items may differ slightly from the images you see due to the hand-crafting process and also the natural materials we use. Delivery times All items are handmade for you and turnaround times are around 4 weeks in general, but we can usually prioritize your order if you need it quickly. Please contact us before you place your order if you require this service. Appointments At estornel we are more than happy to discuss your ideas, in fact it's one of our favourite aspects of working with brides-to-be. Tell us about the items you have in mind, your theme, your colour scheme or a specific design you would like. We can work together to create items truly unique to you. Bespoke Orders On ordering, we will give you our estimated delivery date. We'll make every effort to meet this and we'll stay in touch with you throughout. We will supply bead samples where possible to ensure colour matching. Equally, we may require fabric samples from you. Ordering For online boutique orders, where items are ordered as shown on the website, items will be dispatched within our current turnaround times on receipt/clearing of payment.
For customised & bespoke items, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance of payment is required before your item is dispatched.
International Orders At present we do not accept payment on our website for international orders. If you would like to order an item or have any enquiries, please contact us and we'll do our best to help, wherever you are in the world.
Payment We accept payment by credit or debit card via Paypal. We can also take payment by cheque or by BACS transfer. We'll provide details on request.
Postage In the UK we offer the choice of First Class Signed For (£3.50 per order) and Special Delivery (£6.50 per order).
Returns & Refunds If you are not completely delighted with your estornel items from our online boutique, you can return them in their original packaging, unworn, within 7 days for a full refund. Postage will be payable by you and we ask that you use the First Class Signed For service.
